Tara Carter has worked extensively in the areas of family law, probate and real property for nearly a decade. Ms. Carter has practiced in all areas of family law including divorce, post-divorce, child custody, child support and grandparents' rights. She has assisted clients with estates, estate planning, conservatorships and creating wills and trusts. Ms. Carter has also worked extensively in real property by assisting clients with evictions, foreclosures, deeds to real property and loan closings.
While attending Nashville School of Law, Tara worked at The Higgins Firm, PLLC where she gained valuable experience in the legal field. Her knowledge of the various areas of the law has assisted her clients in obtaining the best results for their respective cases.
Ms. Carter was born and raised in rural West Tennessee. She graduated summa cum laude from Freed-Hardeman University. She received her law degree from Nashville School of Law. She is admitted to all state courts and the Federal Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
